• Revise design selections after review by client and designer
• Provide complete Design Drawings including:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Perspectives from several angles with a Birds Eye View
• Lighting and Electrical Plans
• Specifications on Appliance selection

C: Complete Design Package with Plans and Material Recommendations

• Provide all of the above services in B plus the following:
• Recommendations for Counter tops, backsplashes, cabinetry, lighting, flooring glass, paint, and hardware(handles-knobs).
• Recommendations on how the materials are to be used:
• Size and pattern of flooring selection, grout color
• Layout of Tile Pattern (backsplashes, floors, baths, showers
• Placement of Handles or Knobs on Cabinetry.
• Types of Paint and Finishes.
• Selection of countertop materials, patterns, edge details, grout selections
• Material specification sheet for your contractor to accurately bid and install your project.
• Care guidelines for selected materials.
